REFUND POLICY

No Returns on Food Products Due to the perishable nature of our candy boxes and confectionery products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and food safety reasons. All sales are final once the order has been shipped.

Quality Guarantee While we do not accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective or spoiled upon arrival
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us at finntreats9@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue
  3. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion

  • Order number and delivery date

Resolution Options Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Full or partial refund
  • Replacement product sent at no charge
  • Store credit for future purchase

Non-Refundable Situations We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind or taste preference
  • Products consumed or opened
  • Melted chocolate during warm weather (June-August) - customers accept this risk when ordering
  • Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer

Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
